How can Social Selling be measured?

If you are considering Social Selling as an organisation – or already executing on it – what are the measures of success? What KPIs should you put in place? And – how do you determine whether Social Selling is working or not?

LinkedIn has measures available such as Social Selling Index (SSI). But LinkedIn can only measure Sales behaviour on the platform. LinkedIn cannot see the customer journey end-to-end, or whether social activity had any bearing on whether a customer transacted or not.
