Graduate Digital Marketer

This role is ideal for a driven, graduate digital marketer who is organised and enjoys challenging themselves. We are a small team, we allow a lot of autonomy, and we provide excellent working conditions with the flexibility to work from home and the office. We are looking for a talented marketer who is in the final year of their bachelor’s degree or has recently graduated.

Where are we located

Although we are housed at 2 Park Street (Citibank Building) above Town Hall station. We have our own corner office with views of the Queen Victoria Building, and access to unlimited seats in a business lounge with views of Darling Harbour. This is a Remote Work role, so you can work from the comfort of your home office…but you are also welcome to join us at our corporate office in the Sydney CBD if you would like to work from the office now and then. We believe in a modern workplace: we provide a workplace which is not defined by a physical office.

Who will you work alongside

Although we are a small team, you will work alongside skilled executives, designers, developers, and full-stack digital marketers. Additionally, you will also work with clients directly.

Job responsibilities

Your essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Learn and use a range of market-leading tools and platforms (on-the-job training will be provided) including:
  • Web content management (WordPress & HubSpot)
  • CRM (HubSpot Sales CRM; vTiger; MS Dynamics CRM)
  • Marketing Automation (HubSpot, MailChimp, Dynamics 365 for Marketing)
  • Social Media Automation (Buffer, HubSpot)
  • SEO (SEMRush, Yoast for SEO)
  • Analytics (Google Analytics)
  • Project Management (Wrike)
  • Write copy for Social Media
  • Coordinate work and communicate with internal and external content writers, designers, and web developers
  • Conduct basic website content updates
  • Analyse website performance (speed, security, SEO) and coordinate improvements
  • Track and report on performance of campaigns
  • Participate in video shoots
  • Assist in coordinating face-to-face events for our clients
  • Get involved in ideation and brainstorming

You have

  • A Bachelor’s degree with a Marketing major (graduate or final year)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Commitment and passion for learning
  • Highly motivated, hardworking attitude
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • A positive, can-do approach

Desirable (not essential) criteria

  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics, HubSpot, WordPress, or any of the other tools mentioned already that we use
  • Social Media or community management experience
  • Content writing or copywriting experience
  • Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Adobe Creative Cloud experience (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc)
