When was Resonate founded?

Resonate was founded on 01 April 2017 by CEO, Raul Kumar (RK) and CMO, Girish Verma (GV).

How many people work for Resonate?

We are a team of 22 people as of October 2023.

What is your interview and hiring process?

The interviewing and hiring process varies based on the role type.

For Marketing Roles:

  • Our Head of Talent Acquisition will conduct an initial phone interview with you. The duration of this interview will be between 5 and 20 minutes. If you are successful in this phase >
  • Our CEO will conduct a phone interview with you. The duration of this interview will be between 5 and 30 minutes. If you are successful in this phase >
  • Our CEO and CMO will conduct a formal interview with you via video conferencing (using Microsoft Teams or Google Meet). If you are successful in this phase >
  • Our Head of Talent Acquisition will ask you for professional (minimum three) and personal (minimum one) references. If the reference check is favourable >
  • Our CEO will call you to inform you that you have been successful.
  • You will receive a letter of employment, which you will need to sign and return.
  • You will receive an employment contract, which you will need to sign and return.

For Sales Roles:

I do not have B2B experience, is that OK?

Whilst B2B experience is preferred, we are open to candidates without B2B experience.
