Our client, Wyntec, is a Managed IT Services company based in Brisbane. Wyntec specialise in providing solutions for accounting practices and other professional services firms.
We met Wyntec’s Managing Director, Tom Freer, in July 2020. Tom had a vision of growth for his firm which he wanted to permeate through every part of his digital presence, starting with the website.
Tom asked us to build a website that looked the part, attracted new and existing customers, and worked with the rest of his marketing technology set.
Resonate redesigned the Wyntec website from the ground up, with Tom’s vision in mind. We revisited the site’s messaging, rebranded Wyntec’s services and solutions, and rewrote web copy with SEO in mind.
While rebuilding the website, we also wrote an eBook with Wyntec’s primary buyer personas in mind. We published the eBook on the new site in order to draw in more new customers, and show them Wyntec’s thought leadership from the get-go.
We wanted to incorporate all the rich content Wyntec had already built, including Tom’s podcast, the company blog, and some video testimonials. We embedded video front and centre on the home page – increasing the amount of time new users spend on the site – and created dedicated web pages for the blog and podcast.
Each call-to-action on the site was integrated with Wyntec’s CRM and Automation platform, HubSpot. Customer queries now end up inside Wyntec’s CRM ready for the team to deal with, reducing the number of emails floating around and providing Wyntec’s customers with a better overall experience.
